Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after receipt of goods, by notifying us of your decision via email on returns@lemonandmoon.co.uk

We will only accept a return if the item is in its original new, clean condition, unworn and tags/labels still attached. Your refund will be processed via your original payment method.

All goods are exchanged for the same price as bought. We accept exchanges in the alternative sizes of the style bought only.

Please note when sending back items, to always have a return address on packages just incase the parcel goes missing and always ask for Royal Mail proof of postage.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all returns / exchanges reach us in the exact same condition as they were sent.

Goods are the responsibility of the sender until they reach us. We do not refund postage on any orders.
